Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the q1111 website at q1111.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and arcade games.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player with q1111 to access the Platform's services.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the q1111 Platform and is aged 21 years or above.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Winnings" means any funds credited to a Player's Account as a result of a successful Wager outcome.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts awarded to a Player's Account by q1111 under an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before they become eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and address verification process required by q1111 before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "Payment Method" means any approved deposit or withdrawal channel, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time zone for all q1111 operational matters.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the q1111 Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect on the date you first access the Platform or, where an Account is created, on the date of Account registration — whichever occurs first.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes. q1111 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Account holders of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on q1111, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity for leisure and entertainment purposes only.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a q1111 employee where such participation may create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the q1111 Platform and are not currently subject to an active self-exclusion period.

3.2 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. q1111 strictly prohibits the creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

q1111 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such a decision.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. q1111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify q1111 support immediately by emailing [email protected].

Account Management

4.1 Account Balance

Your Account balance reflects the total of your deposited funds, net of any Wagers placed and Winnings received, plus any Bonus Funds awarded. Your Account balance is held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). q1111 does not pay interest on Account balances.

4.2 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. q1111 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per month to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Where the Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting q1111 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending Wagers will be settled according to standard rules and any remaining cash balance will be returned to you via your last-used approved Payment Method, subject to completion of KYC verification where required.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

q1111 is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent, and fair platform for all users. As part of this commitment, q1111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification may be required at the time of Account registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at any time q1111 deems it necessary to verify your identity.

5.1 Documents Required

Depending on the circumstances, q1111 may request one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of your current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the Payment Method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming your name and mobile number).
• Source of funds documentation in cases where deposit activity warrants further verification.

5.2 Processing Time

q1111 aims to complete KYC verification within two to five business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the initial request may result in Account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

q1111 currently supports the following Payment Methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and City Bank. q1111 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove Payment Methods at any time and will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any such changes.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to process and reflect in your Account balance.
• q1111 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your Payment Method provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which q1111 is not responsible.
• Only funds deposited from a Payment Method registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same Payment Method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with q1111 support.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification for amounts above ৳10,000 or where q1111 deems verification necessary.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one to four hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days following approval.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the q1111 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). q1111 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All account balances, Wager values, and Winnings are displayed in BDT.

Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All Wagers placed on the q1111 sportsbook are binding once confirmed. A Wager is confirmed when q1111 has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference. It is your responsibility to verify that the details of every confirmed Wager are correct before the event commences. q1111 will not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed Wagers except in circumstances expressly provided for in these rules.

7.2 Odds

All odds displayed on the q1111 Platform are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. q1111 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a Wager is placed on clearly erroneous odds (defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with market prices at the time of placement), q1111 reserves the right to void the Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account.

7.3 Void Bets

A Wager may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, match abandonment before the minimum number of overs or rounds required for settlement, system errors, or where q1111 reasonably suspects irregular betting activity on the event concerned.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available on selected cricket, baseball, and other sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension at any time during an event. All in-play Wagers are subject to the same general betting rules as pre-match Wagers, plus any specific in-play rules published on the relevant market page.

Casino Games

The q1111 Casino section includes live dealer games, slots, and arcade games provided by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, live-streamed physical game equipment subject to independent auditing.

8.1 RTP and Game Rules

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are set by the respective game studios and are not modified by q1111. Individual game rules, paytables, and RTP values are accessible within each game's information panel. q1111 makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any individual gaming session, as all results are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures beyond q1111's control.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, network interruption, or technical error during a casino game session, q1111's liability shall be limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected game round. Winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction period will not be honoured. q1111 will investigate all malfunction reports submitted via [email protected] within five business days.

Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by q1111 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Until Wagering Requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds are ring-fenced and cannot be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward Wagering Requirements, as specified per promotion.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

q1111 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated Winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting with other accounts to exploit bonus terms, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free return of Bonus Funds, and any other strategy that exploits promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.

9.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that have not been used and Wagering Requirements that have not been met within the promotional expiry period will be automatically forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms and are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q1111 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or using another person's details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing inefficiencies in a systematic manner.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to use your Account.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including acting as an agent, broker, or intermediary for third-party betting.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward q1111 staff, support agents, or other platform users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the q1111 Platform, including but not limited to the q1111 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and game interfaces (excluding third-party game studio content), is the exclusive intellectual property of q1111 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, upload, transmit, broadcast, sell, or distribute any content from the q1111 Platform without the prior written consent of q1111. Any unauthorised use of q1111's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Privacy & Data

q1111 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by q1111's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

q1111 uses SSL 256-bit encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account data is stored on secure servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only. q1111 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q1111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services.
• Errors, delays, or failures in the transmission of data between your device and q1111's servers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Loss of winnings or Account balance resulting from Account suspension or closure for violation of these Terms.

q1111's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an Account is closed by q1111 due to a proven violation, any cash balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no violation is established, any remaining cash balance will be returned to the Player via their approved Payment Method within a reasonable timeframe.

Amendments

q1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, q1111 will notify registered Account holders via email or an on-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any dispute regarding interpretation. q1111 operates as an international online entertainment platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you have independently verified that accessing online betting services is permitted in your jurisdiction and that you bear sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.
